By accessing or using CogniCube (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CogniCube is an AI-powered knowledge management platform that enables organizations to upload documents, index their content, and query that knowledge using natural language. The Service includes document ingestion, AI-powered chat, collaboration tools, and integrations with third-party services.

3. Account Registration

To use CogniCube, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CogniCube to upload, store, or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; to violate any applicable law or regulation; to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; or to interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to CogniCube. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, index, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. CogniCube, its logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Prakya Technologies. The Service’s software, design, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not use your uploaded documents or organizational data to train AI models. Your data is isolated from other organizations at every level of our infrastructure.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While CogniCube strives to provide accurate, citation-backed answers, AI-generated content should be verified for critical decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogniCube and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prakya Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
